Any available tickets will be sold beginning 1 hour prior to each performance at the venue’s Box Office.

Seating in the theatre begins 30 minutes prior to the show.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Please be aware that latecomers may be offered alternate seats or be asked to wait until intermission to enter.
The Perry Family Theatre and the TCC Roper Performing Arts Center are handicap accessible and ADA compliant.

Refunds are not offered for any reason unless The Hurrah Players cancels a performance.
Exchange requests must be made PRIOR TO the date of your performance. We must receive your existing tickets before an exchange can be honored.
Exchange requests made within 2 weeks of scheduled performance will incur a $2 per ticket exchange fee.
We will make every effort to issue comparable seating but exchanged tickets are always subject to availability.
Exchange requests made the day of the performance or after will not be honored. However, we are happy to issue you a receipt in consideration for your tax deductible donation to The Hurrah Players.

While we are a family theatre, please be aware that for the comfort of our patrons - we strongly discourage guests under the age of 2 from attending our shows.
Any child or person causing undue disruption to the performance or other patrons may be asked to leave the theatre.
Photography and/or Videoing during any performance is strictly prohibited!
Please refrain from using your cell phones, I Pods, laser pointers and all other loud or blinking devices during performances.
