TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets can be purchased in advance through our studio box office by calling (757) 627-5437. The studio box office is open Monday through Friday 9:30am - 5:00pm. When calling after hours, you may leave your name and phone number on the voicemail system and we will call you back to confirm your ticket order.

Your order is not confirmed until you speak with a Hurrah representative. You may also come to the studio, which is located at 935 Woodrow Avenue in Norfolk, to make a ticket purchase.

Once a show opens, tickets are only available at the Roper Theatre in downtown Norfolk. The theatre box office opens about 60 minutes prior to the performance.

Curtain Times
Friday and Saturday evening performances begin promptly at 7:00pm on Friday. Saturday and Sunday matinees begin at 3:00pm. There may be Saturday evening performances and show performances will be posted on our website; so please check the performance schedule. Doors to the theatre auditorium will open and seating will begin approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.

For the convenience of our patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager and may have to wait for an appropriate time to be seated.

Ticket Refund / Exchange Policy
We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets, but if you know you cannot use your tickets, you can exchange them. To make an exchange, simply call the Box Office or mail your tickets to us in advance, along with your request for a new date. We will hold your replacement tickets for you at the Will Call window at the theatre Box Office. We must receive your exchange request by the Wednesday prior to your scheduled performance.

Tickets cannot be exchanged on the day of the performance as noted on the ticket. Likewise, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after the performance as noted on the ticket.

Please be aware that exchanges are subject to availability. We will make every effort to provide you with comparable seats. There is a $2 per ticket surcharge for all ticket exchanges made within two weeks prior to a performance. Exchanges made before this time will not be subject to this surcharge.
